How It Works
Private Tours Curated to Your Preferences
Payment & Refund
A deposit of 50% of the total tour fee is required to reserve your desired date. This reservation deposit is refundable up to 10 days before your tour. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in cases of cancellation within 10 days of your reserved date.
The remaining balance of your tour and any incidentals (e.g. requested lunch pick-up) will be due upon drop-off at the end of the day. Your tour guide will be able to accept cash, credit/debit cards, or touchless payment options. Any incidentals will be clearly communicated prior to the start of the tour, and nothing is added to the amount due without agreement.
